Retailers are currently facing challenging questions around consumers’ delivery experience, brand recognition and customer loyalty. All these issues came under discussion at the DELIVER 2019 event, held last week in Lisbon, where many of the largest retailers from around the world gathered to explore the latest e-logistics innovations.

The results of the survey highlight what retailers think about the pressing points in last-mile delivery, and how it’s impacting their business.
