Responsibilities

  • Handling both customer support and technical support questions from Bringg customers.

  • Provide exceptional support services to both technical and non-technical users

  • Deep investigation and root cause analysis into reported issues using of a variety of tools

  • Case management with multiple competing priorities and ensure they are followed up correctly & promptly 

  • Escalating issues to R&D and reporting bugs

  • Communicating and coordinating issues affecting customers

  • Validating issues and performing functional testing to validate fixes that relate to cases

  • Develop a strong understanding of Bringg and its components

  • Manage production incidents including communicating to internal and external stakeholders

Skills / Experience Requirements

What you’ll be responsible for:

This is a senior-level role for someone capable of owning and scaling Bringg’s 24×7 Global Customer Support organization. You will play an integral role in defining and executing our strategy for providing world class service to customers with every interaction. From resolving general inquiries to troubleshooting complex technical issues, you and your team will partner with a variety of internal stakeholders to address all customer needs in a timely manner, build and optimize ticket flows and procedures, and provide regular operations reports to a cross-functional team on a monthly basis.

What you'll work on:

  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching a global team of Customer Support Engineers and Managers
  • Developing and publishing policies and standard operating procedures for the Customer Support organization
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation, as well as support playbooks and macros, for the Bringg solution
  • Ensuring that all Bringg customers are delighted with the service provided by the support team, as measured by customer satisfaction surveys

  • 10+ years experience in B2B customer service or support roles ideally within SAAS / logistics organizations
  • 7+ years of managerial experience, preferably managing managers
  • Experience building and operating a 24×7 customer support organization servicing customers around the globe
  • Knowledge of commonly used helpdesk software such as Zendesk, and JIRA
  • You have a passion for enabling and motivating people to do their best work

The Solution Architect works with customers on short- and medium-term projects to scope, design, implement, and launch Bringg’s solution. We are hiring a Technical Support Team Leader in our Bringg Kyiv site, to join our scaling organization.

As a Bringg Tier One Application Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our enterprise-level customers and partners.  

You will be responsible for addressing and responding to a broad and varied range of issues and requests.  You will undergo Bringg’s Local Bringg Support training program covering both infrastructure and product-specific knowledge from user experience to configuration, analytics, and back-end troubleshooting. 

You will be granted access to our diagnostic and utility tools allowing you to view and query customer configurations in our PostgreSQL databases, debug API traffic and server-side operations via Kibana, identify and troubleshoot issues in client and browser logs.  These diagnostics are frequently beyond the reach of the client company’s admins who call to request our assistance.

 

What you are expected to deliver;

  • Communicate with our customers and partners over email
  • Triage inbound Support tickets by categorizing them according to predefined requirements
  • Manage and resolve Tier 1 Tickets.  Escalate Tier 2 tickets to the Tier 2 team
  • Capture and log all client and troubleshooting details in Zendesk
  • Investigate and where required, document validated issues or product enhancement requests including relevant logs in JIRA
  • Liaise with other Bringg Support teams (as well as Customer Success, Product, and R&D) to facilitate resolution in line with the severity and impact of the support scenario. This could be via Zoom or Slack
  • Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Meet individual, team, and company objectives in line with agreed KPIs
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the supervisor

What we expect you to Bringg ;

  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Support / Technical Support role for an enterprise-level SaaS product
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills – a must!
  • Written/spoken Spanish/Portuguese/French – an advantage

About the role

Bringg is looking for an experienced application support team leader to inspire, mentor, and lead our Kyiv-based Technical Support Helpdesk Team. Our UA Technical Support Helpdesk Team works closely with our customer success, solutions experts, and R&D teams (as well as our Tel Aviv and Chicago-based Support Teams) providing 24/7/365 assistance and resolutions for technical and product issues, and communicating and building trust and relationships with large international customers in the USA, Europe, and LATAM.

 

What you are expected to deliver ;

  • You will function as a senior team member, team leader, coordinator, and point-of-escalation for one of Bringg’s regional Helpdesk Teams.
  • Liaise closely with other Support Team Leaders and Management to ensure that the principles and processes are aligned across different Support teams.
  • Coach, mentor, support and develop personal and professional skills to get the best out of each member of your team.
  • Ensure that coverage and customer service are provided in line with Bringg’s SLAs and commitments.
  • Take an active role in our Helpdesk Team including taking shifts and handling tickets.
  • Continually evaluate and identify opportunities to improve our people and process. 
  • Monitor and improve both team and personal KPIs including assisting with periodic performance reviews.

 

What we expect you to Bringg ;

  • Minimum 2 years experience leading an Application Support or Technical Customer Support team.  Mentoring and coaching experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in front-line Customer Support or Helpdesk teams in a SaaS-type environment working closely with Product and Development Teams.
  • Experience working with Enterprise businesses or similarly large and complex customers. International experience is desirable.  
  • Experience and a strong working knowledge of the SaaS industry/ecosystem including APIs and API tools, PaaS, Cloud technologies, Elastic Search, logging, SSO/OAuth, etc.
  • Strong basic to advanced SQL/PostgreSQL
