Ambassador Program Associate – US

The Bringg Alliances team is a strategic group, set to dramatically impact company growth in the coming years. The Ambassador Program is focused on pipeline generation and conversion through a co-selling motion with boutique consultants, vertical experts and industry veterans. We formed the program in January of last year and it is already delivering on its promise!

The purpose of the Ambassador Program Associate is to provide focus and dedication to our US-based partners and drive them to the next level of performance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support in scaling Bringg’s Ambassador Program 
  • Execute and scale our joint go-to-market strategies in alignment with Ambassador program and personal KPIs
  • Support in Ambassadors’ recruitment process – identify potential channel partners across a variety of clusters, segmented by industry, geography, and specific area of expertise.
  • Serve as partner champion internally and serve as liaison between partners and internal teams
  • Support in Ambassadors’ onboarding process
  • Support other activities and initiatives as part of the Alliances team

Implementation Manager is an expert in Bringg’s software which helps customers to implement and customize the software to meet their complex and unique needs. They work with customers on short- and medium-term projects to scope, design, implement, and launch Bringg’s solution. This includes both initial implementations for new Bringg customers as well as expansion projects with existing customers to launch new workflows, implement new features, or expand to new lines of business. Responsibilities:

  • Implement Bringg software at our customers by serving as the primary technical point of contact for short- and medium-term implementation projects.

Bringg is searching for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer. You will help manage and reduce security risks by developing global security controls to integrate into our DevOps pipelines. You will be responsible for establishing current and long-term direction aiming at driving Bringg to the forefront of change to a DevSecOps culture. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert to proactively identify and engage leading talent and to work closely with Hiring Managers to develop creative hiring strategies to find the best talent globally. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical and professional requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
  • Regularly track pipeline activity and initiate improvements that impact pipeline areas.
  • Provide support with our amazing onboadring experience for new hires.

Skills /Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years experience in Hi-Tech company – Must
  • Experience hiring globally – big advantage
  • Extensive technical sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions
  • Impressive candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates
  • Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
  • Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well
  • Solid understanding and experience in Linkedin activities

We are looking for a superhero to be our new VP of Operations to be responsible for boosting growth and guaranteeing operational efficiency by successfully managing, measuring and developing high performing teams, helping them to achieve goals and build for scale. The VP Operations will deliver a seamless experience to all stakeholders, ensuring vision and strategy are aligned and are being applied consistently across the company. You must be comfortable acting as a business partner and a decision maker.

What will you do? 

  • Be responsible for operational excellence, and seamless execution to drive business growth in competitive markets.
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.
  • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
  • Work with other senior cross-functional leaders to help define team's goals, share and learn the best practices across different geos globally, and be one of the main contributors in defining and driving SOP cross different departments and geos
  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

What will you need to succeed? 

  • Experience in a top tier strategic consulting firm – strong advantage  
  • 3+ years in a leading operations role in a rapid growth start-up and with a robust people management experience, with some or all of that time in the shared economy/logistics industry
  • Strong business judgement, great analytical and problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial hustle, you are a proven self-starter with owner’s mentality, with a motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English and Hebrew skills
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
  • Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
