The CE&A team comprise Professional Services, Customer Success and Support and have overall responsibility for ensuring that all of Bringg’s customers achieve value from the solution that they have purchased.  You will report into the SVP CE&A and will be their trusted partner in defining CE&A objectives, strategy, and tactics, and in implementing processes that scale. 

What you will do: 

Data 

  • Reporting: Report to executives and the board on past results, major project updates and renewals and upsell forecasts, e.g. through dashboards and presentations 
  • Analysis: Track leading indicators of churn, renewals and expansion, and analyze them to understand what’s going well and what’s not 

Processes 

  • Customer Lifecycle: Determine the timing and content of touch points for Services, CSMs and support along the customer journey, to drive optimal adoption and improve net promoter score 
  • External Communications: Establish a comprehensive communications plan that can be applied across our customers
  • Risk Management: Work with the CE&A teams to detect early signals of at-risk customers

What you'll work on:

  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching a global team of Customer Support Engineers and Managers

The Employer Brand Specialist will manage communication across all our Social Media channels

and will create an exciting, direct, engaging content and graphic content in light of Bringg’s values and culture.  

What you will do:

  • Support the local employer brand in Israel through social media. Initiate and execute a portfolio of recruitment marketing content (videos, ads, etc) that bring our employer brand to life

  • Create, manage and oversee social media content and social media calendar

What we expect you to Bringg;

Technical Support Engineer – Kyiv

We are hiring a Technical Support Team Leader in our Bringg Kyiv site, to join our scaling organization.

As a Bringg Tier One Application Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our enterprise-level customers and partners.  

You will be responsible for addressing and responding to a broad and varied range of issues and requests.  You will undergo Bringg’s Local Bringg Support training program covering both infrastructure and product-specific knowledge from user experience to configuration, analytics, and back-end troubleshooting. 

You will be granted access to our diagnostic and utility tools allowing you to view and query customer configurations in our PostgreSQL databases, debug API traffic and server-side operations via Kibana, identify and troubleshoot issues in client and browser logs.  These diagnostics are frequently beyond the reach of the client company’s admins who call to request our assistance.

 

What you are expected to deliver;

  • Communicate with our customers and partners over email
  • Triage inbound Support tickets by categorizing them according to predefined requirements
  • Manage and resolve Tier 1 Tickets.  Escalate Tier 2 tickets to the Tier 2 team
  • Capture and log all client and troubleshooting details in Zendesk
  • Investigate and where required, document validated issues or product enhancement requests including relevant logs in JIRA
  • Liaise with other Bringg Support teams (as well as Customer Success, Product, and R&D) to facilitate resolution in line with the severity and impact of the support scenario. This could be via Zoom or Slack
  • Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Meet individual, team, and company objectives in line with agreed KPIs

What we expect you to Bringg ;
