  • Data Analytics product – Bringg collects very unique data from fragmented systems of delivery, marketplaces, orders, customers, inventories, and warehouses. By connecting and leveraging the data, Bringg is able to uniquely provide business insights on revenues, logistics expenses & performance, and customer experience so they can evaluate and optimize their processes based on business goals.

 

  • Mobile apps – Bringg has multiple Mobile apps used in real-time by drivers, store workers and customers to enable the best possible customer experience. Our Driver App makes it easy to onboard new drivers and help them perform every step of every delivery flow accurately and on time. Orders are clearly managed with our Store App, so staff can easily identify the correct order and validate order contents before turning the order over to the customer or the driver for delivery. Lastly, our consumer-facing web pages and SDK allow easy pickup for customers by automatically recognizing their arrival, or provide accurate real-time ETA updates, and a branded customer experience, regardless of who is delivering the order.

 

  • Marketplace for delivery providers – Our delivery hub marketplace connects all the leading 3rd party delivery providers, like Lyft, Uber and Doordash to our customers allowing seamless and flexible ways to deploy, scale, manage, and optimize multiple fleets while retaining a consistently excellent customer experience.

We are looking for a passionate product marketer with strong communications, strategy and people skills to join our growing marketing team.
As a Product Marketing Director, you will define and lead product marketing on the Marketing team and work closely with the product management team.

your responsibilities will include packaging solutions, defining their value proposition, creating product descriptions and marketing / sales tools, (presentations, brochures, competitive analysis, demo stories, pricing, etc), as well as market launches and accompanying campaigns. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing this is a leading position on the marketing team, requiring to collaborate with different stakeholders across the global organization to improve business performance and the market perception of our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Solution  packaging: Contribute to the continued development of product-related communications with clients and prospects, managing processes from start to finish across teams.
  • Strategic Positioning: Contribute to market and competitive research and positioning. Facilitate new or improved strategic training for internal teams and solutions providers.
  • Sales Enablement: Contribute to sales enablement activities including website content, solutions briefs and sales collateral (presentations, brochures, briefs), and internal knowledge facilitation.
  • Co-Marketing: Develop, nurture and manage co-marketing efforts with enterprise solutions providers around the world.
  • Customer Success: Empower customer success teams with the tools and collateral to improve customer relationships, celebrate customer success and ultimately build Bringg advocacy.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (marketing, business or communications preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in product marketing or a related discipline, preferably at an  enterprise SaaS startup
  • Native-fluency in English with exemplary verbal, visual and written communications skills
  • Highly motivated team player with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude, preferably with a great sense of humor
  • A real people-person, someone who can converse and build relationships with anyone, anywhere
  • Preferably 4+ years of experience working across disciplines, particularly with product and sales teams

Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Bringg is searching for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer. You will help manage and reduce security risks by developing global security controls to integrate into our DevOps pipelines. You will be responsible for establishing current and long-term direction aiming at driving Bringg to the forefront of change to a DevSecOps culture. You will also elaborate on global policies and standards, provide security guidance on infrastructure designs, and conduct risk assessments. You also will be part of the growing DevOps team and contribute to building highly automated and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and provide tools to improve security across all domains, e.g: CI and Production Environments
  • Assist customers with security-related concerns.
  • Work closely with CISO on security certifications such as ISO27001 and SOC2
  • Proactively monitoring and managing a 24/7 system.
  • Managing and leading highly available multi-cloud infrastructure.

Skills/Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps.
  • 3+ years of experience in Linux, as well as TCP/IP, HTTP, and other common network protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Highly motivated and full of passion about Security.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure in an Infosec/DevSecOps capacity.

You will be a part of a global team, work closely with Bringg’s US HRBP and global leaders.

What you’ll experience in the role-

  • Acting as a partner to all level of Bringg’s management, identifying business needs and matching those to our growth plans 
  • Plan and execute the hiring strategy to build robust pipelines for all positions and to create long term relationships with candidates and prospects
  • Full ownership, end-to-end responsibility of the hiring process

Requirements: 

In order to succeed, you should have-

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • At least 3 years experience in Hi-Tech company (Sales Field – MUST)
  • Extensive Talent Sourcing experience on LinkedIn and different platforms 
  • An engaging approach and proven ability to activate passive candidates
  • In-depth interview skills with the ability to to screen candidates based on their cultural fit for Bringg
