  • Learn and apply privacy and data protection laws as well as information security requirements in the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements, and in furtherance of internal compliance initiatives
  • Coordinate with the HR function to provide day-to-day proactive employment law counseling, and support resolution of HR and employment legal issues
  • Handle a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time

What we expect you to Bringg; 

  • LLB, JD or equivalent and license to practice as a lawyer in Israel
  • 5+ years of experience in technology transactions, ideally including both private practice and in-house counsel roles

Position Title: Usability Expert

Department: Product

We are looking for an experienced usability expert to join our scaling product organization in Israel.
As such, you will lay out the foundations for our user research and other UX related areas, leading the various usability aspects and initiatives of the department. From deep study of our user personas, through conduction of needed usability tests, all the way to extracting valuable insights – you will help us ensure that our developed features meet the needs of our users and customers.
In this role you will report to the head of design, and work closely with product managers, product designers, customer success managers, users, customers and the organization's executives to define, refine and develop an experience of a winning, top-notch product.

 
What will you do?
  • Partner with Product Managers, RnD, CS and visual designers to define problems & goals, map user flows, and prototype interactions.
  • Establish and deepen our perception of user personas and user journeys.
  • Define the nuances of various use cases based on the product managers inputs and briefing.
  • Work within the product team pipeline to rapidly create both low and high fidelity prototypes for rapid rounds of iterations and quick turnarounds.
  • Conduct usability research and testing for products and features.
  • Provide documentation deliverables such as sitemaps, user flows, decision trees, etc.
  • Include adoptions of features for mobile users as well as web users.
  • Improve the accessibility of products.
  • Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

What do you need to have?
  • At least 6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, psychology or equivalent practical experience.
  • Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and direct contributions.
  • Experience collaborating with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms.
  • Deep understanding of cognitive theories, behavior design or similar.
  • Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch.
  • Skills in communicating and influencing product strategy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as desktop and mobile.
