Responsibilities
  • Provide insightful and trusted counsel to the Chief Executive Officer, management team and investors on both financial and broad-based business issues related to the overall performance of the Company.
  • Serve as a key member of the senior executive team in providing input to management peers regarding the financial implications of all major business decisions, as well as strategic input in shaping the Company’s business objectives.
  • Establish a solid financial foundation with appropriate systems that will allow the business to grow effectively (organically and through M&A) over the next several years.
  • Oversight of all Finance, Accounting, Administration and Legal functions.
Skills / Experience Requirements
  • Success serving as the key member of the senior executive team in providing input to the CEO, Board, and management peers regarding the financial implications of all major business decisions, as well as strategic objectives.
  • Recent experience as CFO or #2 at a fast growing SaaS or software company, with strong familiarity with software and saas revenue recognition, metrics, and best practices.
  • Enterprise B2B experience 
  • Ideally a combination of experience that includes a large, global complex company and a rapidly growing company that has scaled from $10M to $100M+.
  • Diversity of experience and exposure to a wide range of complex business models.
  • Application SaaS and Software industry experience required. Consumer, ecommerce and Internet experience a plus.
  • Strong FP&A skillset with analytical, intellectually curious mindset.
  • Business and operationally oriented.
  • Raw intellect, talent and energy are critical.
  • Ability to develop and implement systems, tools and processes increasing business clarity.
  • Prior experience within a company that is backed by Private Equity investors is preferred but not required.
  • M&A and post merger integration experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and team building skills.

Commercial Lawyer

Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating client commercial contracts for Bringg
  • Assisting with the roll-out of new template contracts and a new contract approval process
  • Implementing a new contracts management and e-signature solution globally
  • Providing formal and informal training to colleagues on legal risks and commercial contracts
  • Advising on master service agreements, general terms and conditions, heads of terms and memoranda of understanding and non-disclosure agreements
  • Bringg's contracts involve extensive discussions regarding IP and data protection issues
  • Supporting and championing all aspects of legal practice within the group globally
  • Extensive autonomy and responsibility and the candidate will be expected to draft and negotiate contracts independently, while referring up to senior management on certain matters
Skills / Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor of Laws with 3-5 years PQE with a well regarded law firm. In house experience is an advantage
  • Able to prioritise competing demands and client expectations whilst managing a large volume of diverse matters
  • Self-sufficient and self motivated with the confidence to work independently;
  • Capable of building trusted relationships with internal clients using balanced insights and impactful communication to influence decisions and actions
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement legal strategies in a commercial context
  • Able to anticipate and respond to changes in an effective way within a highly dynamic environment
  • A resilient and collaborative professional who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • A willingness to be adaptive to the businesses’ changing needs
  • Able to identify and solve problems and make the complex simple for clients by framing information and advising in a clear and concise way.
