·

Retailers are currently facing challenging questions around consumers’ delivery experience, brand recognition and customer loyalty. All these issues came under discussion at the DELIVER 2019 event, held last week in Lisbon, where many of the largest retailers from around the world gathered to explore the latest e-logistics innovations.

In the workshop, ‘Reshaping the last mile: New Technologies and Business Models’, Bringg SVP Tamir Gotfried addressed how disruptive technologies and new last mile delivery models are creating differentiation for retail.

During the workshop, we surveyed retail executives about their order fulfillment and delivery operations – starting with which delivery models they offer, and all the way to their primary concern when it comes to delivery technologies

The results of the survey highlight what retailers think about the pressing points in last-mile delivery, and how it’s impacting their business.
