PedidosYa Launches Delivery Premium in Latin America Using Bringg

·

PedidosYa is the leading company for food delivery in Latin America. They connect millions of people in over 400 cities through a network of over 15,000 restaurants that provide home delivery at no additional cost to the customer. Innovation is at the heart of everything PedidosYa does which is why they decided to create and expand their own delivery fleet.

In early 2017 they launched Delivery Premium which allows users to place orders at gourmet restaurants and have them delivered via PedidosYa’s own fleet. By using the Bringg platform as the basis of this service, they are able to provide their customers with the ability to track their orders in real-time, while their restaurant partners are able to easily manage their deliveries and communication with drivers. This new layer of visibility and transparency adds enormous value to the customer experience while enabling PedidosYa to maintain their distinct branding and high level of service across all customer touch points.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row 0=””][vc_column][vc_column_text 0=””]The Delivery Premium service is already available in Montevideo (Uruguay), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Santiago (Chile) and will be available soon in other cities in Argentina like Rosario, Córodoba and Mendoza. The project has had a very positive reception from PedidosYa customers who welcomed the new and improved delivery experience.

Ariel Burschin, Co-Founder & CEO of PedidosYa said: “With Delivery Premium we complete the cycle, adding value to our customers’ experience and adding to the efficiency of our service. This goes beyond connecting restaurants with people who want their food delivery – it offers a 360 degree service for both customers and restaurants.”

Raanan Cohen, CEO of Bringg added: “Real-time visibility across the entire ecosystem is key to providing the best customer-centric experience. We’re delighted that PedidosYa are leveraging our technology, championing innovation, delighting their customers, and optimizing their operations across Latin America.
