A recognized industry leader in an industry experiencing rapid growth and change, Bringg is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager in the US to accelerate growth by driving demand and supporting Bringg’s expanding sales team.

The Field Marketing manager supports in-market activation and sales activity through the deal lifecycle. This role will be an integral part of the global marketing organization.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive marketing activities in the Americas (NA and LATAM): drive demand gen, ABM, and influence existing opportunities in the pipeline
  • Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities, and deepen our existing customer relationships
  • Be hands-on, manage and execute all aspects of event management including strategy, objectives, materials creation, event messaging/marketing, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, etc.
  • Strategize, build and execute integrated field campaigns across marketing channels
  • Build strong partnerships with local leaders to keep informed on changes in the local environment and tailor strategies to best serve the business objectives of Bringg
  • Produce budget tracker to forecast spending and keep up-to-date on current spending while tracking ROI, KPIs, and goals for each respective transaction
  • Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution and optimization of the field marketing plan



  • 3+ years of related marketing experience in a B2B technology company, ideally in field marketing or sales enablement
  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing a strategy
  • Ability to develop and deliver cohesive event strategies, including messaging, audience, execution
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A constant learner that is always abreast of the latest trends in the market, and in B2B marketing
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate and maintain multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with both marketing and technology technologies, such as SalesForce, Gong and Showpad
