Please note that Some of the personal information which may be provided by you throughout the use of the Services is “optional” and not required for the operation of the Services. You may choose not to provide us with such “optional” personal information, but please keep in mind that without it we may not be able to provide you with the full range of our Services or with the best user experience when using our Services.

    When you are an Authorized User creating an account
    Information related to Customer’s relationship with Bringg, including the names or contact information of the Authorized Users and billing information of individuals that Customer has associated with its account. We use this information in order to:  manage the relationship with the Customer; carry out its core business operations, such as accounting and filing taxes; to detect, prevent, or investigate security incidents, fraud, and other abuse or misuse of the Services. Processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with the Customer and is also done for our legitimate  business purposes, such as account and contract management (including for billing, audit and recordkeeping purposes), establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
    When you are an Authorized User using the Platform
    Information of Customer’s administrators of the account, such as email address, username, password, telephone number and office address. We use this information to provide certain administrative functions made available by the Services, such as the ability to track Customer’s mobile workforce.  Processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with the Customer.
    Information you provide when communicating with Bringg. Such information may include: full name, phone number, number of deliveries per month, email address, job title, any other information you choose to share with us. We use this information to process and answer questions, to provide support (e.g., to solve problems, bugs or issues), for quality assurance purposes and in order to improve our Services. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Customer and for legitimate interest (e.g. respond to a query sent by an Authorized User)
    When you are a Mobile Personnel or External Carrier using the App
    Each Mobile Personnel’s email address, username, password, telephone number, home address and office address of the Mobile Personnel, and a photograph (optional). We use this information to provide certain administrative functions made available by the Bringg’s Driver App downloaded and activated by each Mobile Personnel. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Customer. In addition, each member of the Mobile Personnel consents to such processing under the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Bringg’s Driver App. 
    Each Mobile Personnel’s shifts, breaks, and working hours. We use this information to enable the Authorized User on behalf of the Customer (the dispatcher) to assign the deliveries to drivers in the most efficient way, to facilitate route optimization and to support Bringg’s green initiatives. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Customer. In addition, each member of the Mobile Personnel consents to such processing under the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Bringg’s Driver App.
    Location of the Mobile Personnel We use this information to be able to provide the Customer with visibility of the driver in real time and to allow the Authorized User (dispatcher) to manage the drivers and tracking the drivers that are missing their delivery windows, being late, etc., to enhance End Customer experience. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Customer. In addition, each member of the Mobile Personnel consents to such processing under the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Bringg’s Driver App.
    When you are an Authorized User or a Mobile Personnel using the chat functionality within the App
    Any Personal Data of Authorized User, and/or Mobile Personnel, and/or End Customer, contained in a communication content, which may include voice recording, video call, or sensitive data, solely if the Authorized User, and/or Mobile Personnel choose to include it within the communications; traffic data about the routing and location of the Mobile Personnel; duration or timing of a message; identifier used in setting up and sending messages. We use this information to allow the stream of communication between Authorized Users (e.g.: dispatchers) and Mobile Personnel, such as conversation, chat room, comment thread, voice & video call, through the Driver App and web applications used by the Authorized Users, in connection with the fulfilment of a delivery to an End Customer. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Customer. In addition, each member of the Mobile Personnel consents to such processing under the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Bringg’s Driver App.
    When you are an End Customer receiving or picking a delivery
    Location, item purchased, address, name, age, masked phone number. We use this information for the Mobile Personnel to be able to deliver the purchased items to its destination and to verify that the End Customer is legally eligible to receive the purchased item. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Customer and based on consent of the End Customer given to the Customer upon placement of each order.
    Location, vehicle information (license plate, vehicle model, vehicle color) for the Curbside delivery, name, order description (e.g.: plates and bowls). We use this information to enable the Authorized Users to bring the order to End Customer’s car when choosing Curbside or Click & Collect delivery. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Customer and upon consent of the End Customer to populate such information when choosing the preferable delivery model.
    Information submitted by the End-Customer to rate the driver and the entire delivery experience. We provide this information to allow  our Customers to take business and operation decisions about each of the Mobile Personnel/External Carrier, subject to human review carried out by the Customer and/or the possibility to appeal. This information is available on reports and dashboards for our Customers’ analysis. Processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests to improve the Services and our Customers’ and their End Customers’ experience.
  2. Information We Collect Automatically

    Information collected from the device when using the Apps
    Behavioral Information from device on which the Bringg’s Driver App is installed, such as

    GPS, geolocation,  wifi, Bluetooth, cellular data, accelerometer.

    We use this information to provide the Authorized User (dispatcher) real-time visibility on the state of the driver (e.g.: is the driver driving, parking, walking, stopped, etc.). Bringg can then know if the driver has arrived at the destination based on the data Bringg harvests from the device.  Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Customer and for our legitimate business interests to improve the Services and our Customers’ and their End Customers’ experience.
    Device information such as IP address, device type, operating system, manufacturer, model and version number, and unique device identifiers such as your device ID, but not IMEI.  We use this information to enhance the user’s experience on the App and to create statistical information and learn about the preferences of users and general trends on the App (e.g. understand which features are more popular than others). Processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests to improve the Services and our Customers’ and their End Customers’ experience.
    Information collected when the Authorized User uses the Services
    Browser and usage information – Operating System (OS), IP address, access times, browser type, and language, and the website you visited before our Sites. We also collect usage details, such as time, frequency, and use pattern. In some cases, we analyze information on specific Authorized Users such as the amount of time spent on the Platform. In other cases, we look at data in the aggregate.  We use this information to provide, optimize, and maintain our Services, for security purposes, and to investigate and prevent system abuse and fraud. Processing is necessary for our legitimate business and security interests to protect our Services from abuse.
  3. Information We Receive from Third Parties

    When we receive information through the integration with Third Party Services (e.g.:  External Carriers)
    The provider of these integrated Third Party Services may share certain relevant data from the accounts on the Third Party Services with our Services, such as information related to deliveries, depending on the nature and purpose of such integration. We use this information to enable the operation and provision of the Services, to analyze how you use our Services, to develop new products and services, and improve functionality, quality, and user experience.  Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Customer and for our legitimate business interests to improve the Services and our Customers’ and their End Customers’ experience.
