Salesforce Analyst

We are seeking a talented Senior System Analyst to join our team!
In this role, you will analyze and evaluates business requirements, consults with personnel from various departments, and identifies areas for the development of technical solutions to automate and/or improve business processes. Provides recommendations on new or enhanced systems, software, upgrades, and modifications.

What you will do:

  • Accountable for the administration and operation of production systems and their respective sandbox environments to which you have ownership
  • Provides technical support to systems, investigating significant or unusual variances and identifying improvements to current processes
  • Defines technical solutions for business requirements to maximize efficiencies by leveraging the technology strategies to facilitate the system solution for requirements
  • Manage small initiatives by working with different teams to ensure initiatives complete successfully
  • Assesses and analyzes the environmental requirements, current state, and technology choices to evaluate solution alternatives that meet requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues of related application environments issues with help of other teams to ensure the applications run smoothly
  • Administers and supports various company applications
  • Serve as the primary support to business users for system configuration changes

Requirements:

  • Expertise and experience in Salesforce or NetSuite (at least 2 years)
  • 5 years as systems analyst or project manager or similar role
  • Technical knowledge and business sense to resolve issues and questions, along with plan and accomplish project/task goals
  • Expert knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies
  • Experience in leading and implementing cross-business processes
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills understanding of business needs and making the correlation with computerization
  • Prior experience with Sales and Marketing domains (HubSpot, Marketo etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interfacing with client team and managing client expectations
  • Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science/Industrial Engineering & Management/Information Systems/Information Technology
  • Nice to have: Salesforce certification
