As an Assistant Controller, you will:

  • You will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the Israeli company and other subsidiaries and assist with preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Oversee consolidated revenues, deferred revenue and commissions according to US GAAP and the company’s accounting policies
  • Oversee IC reconciliation and ensure proper recording within the group
  • Manage and comply with government reporting requirements, statutory financial statements and tax filings of the company and its subsidiaries
  • Assist with improving, developing, documenting, and implementing accounting and finance related policies and procedures to support the company’s scale
  • Support implementation of new finance related tools
  • Assist with providing professional guidance and accurate accounting principles across all financial topics
  • Working closely with auditors to provide audit work-papers as required for quarterly reviews and annual audits and to resolve complex accounting issues
  • Assistance with managing the company’s ESOP
  • Ad-hoc projects

What you’ll bring:

  • CPA with experience in Big4 auditing global hi-tech companies
  • Prior experience in a company – advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue recognition
  • Accurate with great attention to details and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • High level of English (both spoken and written)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite – advantage
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
