Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and proactive Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Operations team and own the Salesforce environment within Bringg. You will leverage your experience and best practices to optimize our current SFDC implementation and build and refine processes and definitions needed to maximize scalability.  You will partner with Company leaders and stakeholders cross functionally (Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Success, Finance, etc) to define and implement strategies and processes to satisfy the business needs.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead large Salesforce programs end-to-end with full ownership of the program
  • Responsible for strategic evaluation, customization and implementation of solutions for business processes through Salesforce sales cloud, and other operational systems.
  • Work closely with our global departments to provide system-support, understand the different needs of each team, gather feedback, and work on system enhancements to provide efficient technical flows, user experience and data integrity.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
  • Work with our Sales Enablement Director on building and maintaining user guides documentation and technical training for all users of SFDC.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency of our Salesforce and other business applications. You will work closely with our Senior Business Analyst on maintaining the data infrastructure of the company
  • Evaluate new tools to be implemented with integration to SFDC to drive solutions to business process issues and maintain database integrity

What you should have:

  • BA/BS degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics or other related field
  • 2+ Years experience working as a Salesforce Admin / Business Operations Manager or similar role (preferably with a B2B SaaS) – Must 
  • Salesforce admin certification – Preferred
  • Experience as Salesforce admin with strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, including Custom Objects, Relationship, Workflows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, Access & Permissions, Reports & Dashboards and more
  • Business Oriented, Knowledge and understanding of organizational processes, with an emphasis on sales and service processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, detail-oriented, creative, resourceful, self-motivated and a quick learner.
  • Ability to translate technical specifications into customer/business requirements
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong relationship-building, communication & presentation skills set to effectively collaborate with various divisions in the organization – ability to tell compelling stories and explain complex issues in simple ways
  • Service-oriented with high importance of working with a variety of customers worldwide.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders (C-Level) and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Must
  • Experience with databases and SQL – Advantage
