Technical Content Creator (Technical Writer)

We’re hiring a Technical Writer in Israel, to join our scaling Product Enablement organization.

The team includes other Technical Content Creators, reporting to the Director of Product Enablement. We work with employees, customers and partners to make them more productive and successful using the Bringg platform. Our focus is a user-led onboarding and continuous education experience, to meet the customer where they are in their learning journey.

The team works hands-on with all internal SMEs and stakeholders (product marketing, product, leadership, R&D, Support and so on) to provide the best learning and onboarding experience.

What will you do?

The Technical Content Creator supports internal and external resources (employees, customers, and partners) with the best product experience by developing content and educational plans for new and existing audiences. 

  • Create technical product content (documentation, training and support KBs):
    • Research new content to be written (interviewing SMEs), 
    • Author according to the Bringg content vision and style guide
    • Create technical diagrams
    • Create short training videos
    • Ensure content is reviewed, and any corrections implemented.
    • Publish content to the appropriate channel (in-app, doc portal, support portal, training portal)
  • Work closely with Product Managers, R&D, Customer Support, Professional Services and Customer Success teams.

What will you need?:

  • Very strong performer at creating and editing technical product content in English.
  • Experienced at creating written and training product content.
  • A go-getter, strong bias for action with a proven track record 
  • Strong experience in collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups, communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrate willingness to own a process end-to-end.
  • Quick study, self-learner, knowledge-and-logic-driven with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn fast, and absorb highly technical explanations on architecture, integration and infosec.
  • Study, understand and write from the customer’s mindset.
  • Consultative and analytical, with an ability to identify and solve process inefficiencies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Ability to understand basic conversational Hebrew
