Bringg lets you customize the notifications received by customers. These notifications include:

  1. Alert when task has started
  2. Alert when driver has arrived
  3. Alert after driver has completed the delivery
  4. Alert on route started

To set up custom alerts, go to “Settings” on your dashboard and click “Customer Notifications,” You will then have the option to customize the notifications for each of the above mentioned events.

You can choose whether to edit notifications for SMS, Email, or both

The platform provides you with a set of variables that will pull information from the system. For example, using “#customer” will automatically add the customers name when the SMS goes out.
