HERE'S WHAT'S NEW AT BRINGG:
HAVE THE NEXT ORDER READY EXACTLY WHEN A DRIVER ARRIVES TO PICK IT UP
Driver's ETA to home-base, viewable from the dashboard
You may have noticed a small grey box at the bottom of your dashboard. Have you been wondering what it is? Well, we added something new, and it's pretty awesome.
This new feature, viewable on the dashboard, lets businesses like restaurants view a list of their drivers and how long it will take them to return to base to pick up new orders.
This feature is only available to merchants in restaurant mode set to single pick up location, multiple drop off locations.
ONE TASK, ONE MAP, ALL WAYPOINTS
Increase efficiency, empower drivers - now drivers get more visibility over their task, their entire task, than ever before.
With this new features, drivers no longer only see the address of their destination, but can open a map on the mobile app and immediately see the different waypoints of the task ahead of them.
DON'T LOOK NOW, THE CUSTOMER IS WATCHING
Visibility is the name of the game - and it goes both ways. With that in mind, we added a new feature that your drivers may have noticed already.
Now drivers will be able to see when customers are tracking them during their order. If the customer clicks on the link in the notification and views the real-time map, the driver will see a green bar indicating the customer is tracking the order.
With this new features, drivers are more empowered, operational efficiency is increased, and customer friction is reduced.
