Hopefully you had a restful vacation, we certainly did. Now that we are back in the swing of things, we wanted to share a quick update on some of the newest happenings here at Bringg.

NEW LOOK FOR THE BRINGG CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
New year, new look.
You may have noticed a change in the overall look and feel of the customer experience module of the Bringg solution.
The new look is more user-friendly, easier to see where the driver is, and just generally more pleasant to look at.
We hope you like it as much as we do!
Our awesome friends at Springwise did a fantastic overview and review of the Bringg delivery solution. They really did a great job of distilling the Bringg features and functionlity down into a concise overview.

CUSTOMER ALERT PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Continuing with the customer experience theme, Bringg now allows you to utilzie push notifcation alerts to customers, rather than SMS.
What makes this new feature so great?
- Branded with your company’s logo
- Alert now shows your company’s name rather than phone number
- Creates a “native” user experience for your customer
- No additional SMS costs, regardless of the country
